A major new town in West Yorkshire could be a “once in a generation opportunity” after the Government announced it has been earmarked for 13,000 new homes. The development, to the south of the River Aire near the city centre, will be part of “the most ambitious housebuilding programme in more than half a century,” according to the Government.
