Abstract This article describes a nonlinear control strategy for a single-inductor single-input dual-output (SI-SIDO) DC–DC buck converter. To competently regulate the multiple outputs while sharing a common inductor, a hierarchical control architecture is proposed, enabling coordinated control of the dual-output system.
