Introduction Due to the high mental demands placed on medical students during their studies, quality of life (Qol), health behavior, and stress management are a particular focus for assessing their health status. With regard to the psychological demands and the occurrence of depressive symptoms, possible solutions for dealing with study-specific stressors should be found at an early stage [1].
