Watercolor Supplies

Digging into my paint stash produced a box of Rosa Gallery Monopigmented watercolors. It took hours to carefully unwrap them and set up the card with the labels but I think it was worth the effort. A mono pigment is essentially a single color and in this case a single pigment per pan. Two or sometimes three colors can be mixed without creating dull or muddy colors. Vibrancy and clarity are intact.

Jackson’s Art Supplies got in touch asking me to update the name of their line of watercolours and links related to them in my review. I was happy to oblige though WordPress made it ridiculously difficult. But it is all handled now. Unfortunately, my Jackson’s kit has gone on walkabout and hasn’t been seen for awhile. Hopefully it will turn up soon for some playtime with its pretty colors in my journal. I am no artist but I can paint swatches and blobs, perfectly acceptable for an Inkophile.
