Summer used to be a season where you feel the warmth on your skin and the world looks incredibly blue and clear. These days, thanks to climate change, summers are hot as balls. And because, we Singaporeans, live near the equator, our summers are FOREVER. You'd think that we'd get used to sweating through our outfits (oh, just me?), but there are other ways to beat the heat.

Mondays, amirite? (Whoever invented the workweek should be drawn and quartered.) In this modern times, we not only have to wake up at dawn's crack, we still need to head to the gym, walk the dog, commute... or, for the working parents out there—get the kids ready for school. All these and more, before we even clock in for work. So, we turn to our favourite legalised drug: the humble coffee. But is caffeine enough for the day- hell, for the rest of the workweek?
