Abstract In order to accurately predict the human reliability of pilots in Single-Pilot Operations (SPO) mode, an improved Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM) combining fuzzy logic, discrete functions and Bayesian networks is proposed. Considering the reality of SPO mode and intelligent cockpit, Common Performance Condition (CPC) dimensions of CREAM, are refined, and the social network analysis is used to analyze relationships of these factors.
