Weird Guy

Has anyone here purchased anything from this company (this is probably a dumb question)? They carry some nice watch parts for modding. First of all, are they reliable to purchase from? Also, I've tried contacting them via email for a week now, and I have yet to get any response back whatsoever. I dont like to deal with companies that wont respond to a customer wanting to purchase items. Its just a simple question, too but, their site doesnt give any answer to what I'd like to know.

Unlike the other tough solar squares I have (non bluetooth), this doesnt show the "L-M-H". How do you tell what the charge on these tough solars with the bluetooth is? Is there a way?
