1 Introduction Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a malignant clonal disease originating from lymphocytes, and is classified into acute T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia (T-cell ALL, T-ALL) and acute B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia (B-cell ALL, B-ALL) (1). According to the latest report from the American Cancer Society, approximately 6,100 new cases of ALL are expected to be diagnosed in 2025, with an estimated 1,400 deaths (2).
