1. Introduction Recent advancements in satellite communications have enabled the deployment of a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation. This constellation, along with its components, forms a satellite-based cloud platform [1]. The platform, equipped with substantial storage, robust computing capabilities, and inter-satellite links exceeding 400 Gbps, is designed to provide global high-speed Internet access, efficient data exchange, and scalable cloud computing services [2].
