Abstract Background: Patients with atrioventricular block (AVB) who require pacemaker implantation frequently present with varying degrees of mitral regurgitation (MR), which may influence left ventricular (LV) remodeling and function. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) versus right ventricular septum pacing (RVSP) on MR severity and LV performance.
Abstract : Due to the time delay and some unavoidable noise factors, obtaining a real-time solution of dynamic time-varying linear matrix equation (LME) problems is of great importance in the scientific and engineering fields. In this paper, based on the philosophy of zeroing neural networks (ZNN), we propose an integration-enhanced combined accelerating zeroing neural network (IEAZNN) model to solve LME problem accurately and efficiently.
Highlights • AAVCOVID is a gene and AAV-based, Spike antigen COVID-19 vaccine • A single AAVCOVID dose provides protection from SARS-CoV-2 challenge in monkeys • Neutralizing antibody levels in animals is maintained at peak for a year • AAVCOVID can be produced at scale and stored at room-temperature for 1 month Summary The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has affected more than 185 million people worldwide resulting in over 4 million deaths.
