Abstract Metasurfaces enable subwavelength control of free-space light for applications in sensing, nonlinear optics, and quantum photonics. However, their practical deployment is hindered by two key limitations: a tradeoff between low-Q resonances and weak amplitude contrast, and their predominantly static nature allowing only passive functionalities.

ABSTRACT With the increasing frequency of extreme weather events and accelerating urbanization, many countries and regions are facing severe ground subsidence issues, significantly impeding their sustainable development. Aerial – space – ground technology, known for its macroscopic, efficient, and accurate advantages, has gradually become the preferred method for observing ground subsidence.

1. Introduction As a crucial means of obtaining information about the Earth’s surface, remote sensing data are widely used in disaster management, smart agriculture, climate and environmental research, forest fire detection, urban management, and many other fields [1,2,3]. Recently, the volume of remote sensing data has surged due to the accumulation of historical data and ongoing improvements in sensor technology, exhibiting distinct “Big Data” characteristics [4,5].
