Mercedes-AMG took a team of 17 drivers to the high-speed test track at Nardò, Italy, to test the Concept GT XX concept car. This concept previews the brand’s upcoming AMG.EA battery-electric architecture. The GT XX traveled 25,000 miles in seven days and 3,404 miles in a single, 24-hour stint. Mercedes-AMG’s Concept GT XX spent a week at the Nardò, Italy, high-speed test track and racked up almost 25,000 miles.

The 2026 Subaru Solterra now packs a 74.7-kWh battery pack, which works with the rest of the powertrain to net a 25% range increase over the previous Solterra’s 227 miles. The updated Solterra EV also cranks power up to 233 hp standard or 338 hp from the more powerful XT models. The 2026 Solterra is expected to hit dealerships later this year, with pricing still to be determined. After a handful of years on the market, Subaru is giving its Solterra EV a major overhaul.
