@fordm Living in "the heart of Pueblo country," and in a city (Española) that is largely in the exterior boundaries of pueblos/reservations (Santa Clara & Ohkay Owingeh), I can attest: Crime becomes a lot more complicated (and opaque) especially /w native victims & native perps.
