Patient-reported Outcomes After Prostate Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy at 5 yr: Results from the PACE-B Trial
Keywords Prostate cancer SBRT SABR Radiotherapy Patient-reported outcomes PROMs What does this study add? This report provides detailed prospective, phase 3 randomised trial data on 5-yr patient-reported urinary incontinence, sexual, and bowel outcomes following SBRT and CRT for patients with localised prostate cancer, using the validated Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite 26-item questionnaire (EPIC-26) and Vaizey instruments.

EVALUATION OF VOLUMETRIC RESPONSE ASSESSMENT FROM STEREOTACTIC ABLATIVE RADIOTHERAPY (SABR) FOR RENAL CELL CARCINOMA (RCC)
Abstract Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) is increasingly used to treat renal cell carcinoma (RCC). However, the optimal method to assess treatment response is unclear. We aimed to quantify changes in both volume and maximum linear size of tumors after SABR, and evaluate the utility of the two approaches in treatment response assessment. We retrospectively studied patients with RCC treated with SABR at our institution between 2013 and 2020.

Petrochemical companies gather to share AI upgrade experience as the petrochemical industry moves towards internationalization As a petrochemical hub, Kaohsiung has played the role of the backbone of other industries over the years. Amid multiple global uncertainties facing the petrochemical industry in recent times, including net-zero emissions and global economic slowdown, digital transformation has become an issue that brooks no delay.
Intensity-modulated radiotherapy versus stereotactic body radiotherapy for prostate cancer (PACE-B): 2-year toxicity results from an open-label, randomised, phase 3, non-inferiority trial
Localised prostate cancer is commonly treated with external beam radiotherapy and moderate hypofractionation is non-inferior to longer schedules. Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) allows shorter treatment courses without impacting acute toxicity. We report 2-year toxicity findings from PACE-B, a randomised trial of conventionally fractionated or moderately hypofractionated radiotherapy versus SBRT. NCT01584258.
Embracing Opportunities And Challenges Of Digital Transformation
The evolution of technology is transforming our industry and shaping the role of distribution. Customers are seeking greater integration of products, services and solutions to meet the evolving needs of the market. To be a successful strategic partner, distributors must now develop a true understanding of how technology affects their customers’ end-user clients, and deliver technology in the way that the customer wants to buy.
