One of the best parts about March is the return of sunlight, brighter during the day, paired with bluebird skies and longer day length. When the snow conditions get too rotten for skiing, spring trekkers can turn to snowshoe hikes. That was the case on a recent Friday afternoon. I met up with my friend Valerie for a short jaunt around Black Pond.
