Free agent wide receiver Stefon Diggs has cleared another hurdle in his effort to continue his NFL career, as the league has officially concluded its review into allegations surrounding an incident involving his former personal chef. According to multiple reports, the NFL informed Diggs on Friday that it found insufficient evidence to establish a violation of the league’s personal conduct policy. As a result, no disciplinary action will be taken against the veteran receiver.

Despite a lack of progress in extension negotiations, Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles made it clear that Baker Mayfield remains firmly in the organization’s long-term plans.
