An All‐Soft Wearable Electrochemiluminescence Chip for Sweat Metabolite Detection
1 Introduction Wearable sensors are rapidly transforming the landscape of non-invasive health monitoring by enabling real-time tracking of physiological and biochemical signals directly from the skin [1-3]. Among various biofluids, sweat is particularly attractive due to its accessibility, continuous secretion, and metabolite-rich composition [4-6]. Recently, electrochemical and optical transduction mechanisms have driven much of the progress in wearable sweat sensing [7-9].
Synergistic antitumor efficacy of a decorin-carrying oncolytic adenovirus combined with chemotherapy in pancreatic cancer
Abstract Advances in gene engineering technology have led to the increasing clinical application of oncolytic adenovirus-targeted cancer therapy. Previous studies have demonstrated that oncolytic adenoviruses carrying decorin exhibit significant efficacy in inhibiting the growth of solid tumors.
Expert consensus on the treatment of oral diseases in pregnant women and infants - International Journal of Oral Science
Abstract With the growing emphasis on maternal and child oral health, the significance of managing oral health across preconception, pregnancy, and infancy stages has become increasingly apparent. Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of cemental tear - International Journal of Oral Science
Abstract Cemental tear is a rare and indetectable condition unless obvious clinical signs present with the involvement of surrounding periodontal and periapical tissues. Due to its clinical manifestations similar to common dental issues, such as vertical root fracture, primary endodontic diseases, and periodontal diseases, as well as the low awareness of cemental tear for clinicians, misdiagnosis often occurs.

Expert consensus on difficulty assessment of endodontic therapy - International Journal of Oral Science
Abstract Endodontic diseases are a kind of chronic infectious oral disease. Common endodontic treatment concepts are based on the removal of inflamed or necrotic pulp tissue and the replacement by gutta-percha. However, it is very essential for endodontic treatment to debride the root canal system and prevent the root canal system from bacterial reinfection after root canal therapy (RCT).
Expert consensus on irrigation and intracanal medication in root canal therapy - International Journal of Oral Science
Abstract Chemical cleaning and disinfection are crucial steps for eliminating infection in root canal treatment. However, irrigant selection or irrigation procedures are far from clear. The vapor lock effect in the apical region has yet to be solved, impeding irrigation efficacy and resulting in residual infections and compromised treatment outcomes. Additionally, ambiguous clinical indications for root canal medication and non-standardized dressing protocols must be clarified.

Conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound radiomics in breast cancer and molecular subtype diagnosis
1 Introduction Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor worldwide and is the leading cause of cancer-related death in women (1). In 2011, according to the immunohistochemical detection of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR), as well as human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and Ki-67 labeling index, St. Gallen’s expert panel proposed the classification of breast cancer into four subtypes: Luminal A, Luminal B, HER2 overexpression, and basal-like subtypes (2).

Analysis of Carbon and Hydrogen Stable Isotope Ratios of Phenolic Compounds: Method Development and Biodegradation Applications
Phenolic compounds are priority water pollutants of both natural and anthropogenic origins. Distinguishing the sources and degradation pathways of phenolic compounds in the environment is essential for sustainable water management. In this study, we have developed and validated methods based on gas chromatography–isotope ratio mass spectrometry for analysis of hydrogen and carbon isotope ratios of phenol and cresols.

Force-mediated cellular anisotropy and plasticity dictate the elongation dynamics of embryos
Abstract We developed a unified dynamic model to explain how cellular anisotropy and plasticity, induced by alignment and severing/rebundling of actin filaments, dictate the elongation dynamics of Caenorhabditis elegans embryos. It was found that the gradual alignment of F-actins must be synchronized with the development of intracellular forces for the embryo to elongate, which is then further sustained by muscle contraction–triggered plastic deformation of cells.
Fluid interfacial energy drives the emergence of three-dimensional periodic structures in micropillar scaffolds
Abstract Structures that are periodic on a microscale in three dimensions are abundant in nature, for example, in the cellular arrays that make up living tissue. Such structures can also be engineered, appearing in smart materials1,2,3,4, photonic crystals5, chemical reactors6, and medical7 and biomimetic8 technologies. Here we report that fluid–fluid interfacial energy drives three-dimensional (3D) structure emergence in a micropillar scaffold.
Topographic cues of a novel bilayered scaffold modulate dental pulp stem cells differentiation by regulating YAP signalling through cytoskeleton adjustments
Abstract Objectives Topographic cues can modulate morphology and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. This study aimed to determine how topographic cues of a novel bilayered poly (lactic‐co‐glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffold affect osteogenic/odontogenic differentiation of dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). Methods The surface morphology of the scaffolds was visualized by scanning electron microscope, and the surface roughness was measured by profilometry.
