H3K18 Lactylation Promotes Cell Proliferation in T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
1 Introduction T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is an aggressive lymphoid malignancy characterized by the diffuse infiltration of bone marrow with malignant hematopoietic cells expressing immature T-cell markers [1]. T-ALL accounts for 10%–15% of pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia cases and 20%–25% of adult cases, with a higher prevalence in males than in females [2]. Despite advances in treatment, relapsed and refractory T-ALL cases remain clinically challenging to manage.
Beijing Launches Spring Pollen Counteroffensive
Beijing has entered its spring pollen season, mainly caused by Cupressaceae plants like Chinese juniper, with peak pollination in mid-March.Local landscaping authorities have adopted tech-driven prevention: pruning, high-pressure spraying, and two eco-friendly biological agents to reduce pollen spread.

China's Leap | China’s Domestic Travel Hits Record in 2025 with Rural Spending Surging 21.4%
China’s domestic tourism showed robust growth in 2025, with total trips reaching 6.522 billion, a 16.2% year-on-year increase, according to data released by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Rural residents led the surge, with travel spending jumping 21.4% to 1 trillion yuan. Urban travel expenditure rose 7.5% to 5.3 trillion yuan.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Goes Global: 8-Year Journey from "Introduction" to "Integration"
The 6th International TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) Advanced Seminar was held in Serbia, attracting 200+ participants from 25 countries. Over 8 years, the program evolved from one-way teaching to in-depth collaboration, supported by national policies.
Cultural exhibitions and performances from various regions were successively unveiled on China Tourism Day
In response to the theme of China Tourism Day, various regions carried out exhibitions and performances of excellent folk art programs and characteristic cultural experience activities. The cultural industry launched a "music and travel" themed route product for tourists, offering a variety of activities such as concerts, stage performances, and theatrical performances, which show the thriving economic vitality of the cultural and tourism industry.
Modeling Rollover Crash Risks: The Influence of Road Infrastructure and Traffic Stream Characteristics
1. Introduction Providing safe and sustainable mobility is one of the most important goals of governments. In this regard, transportation experts are constantly trying to investigate the most important factors involved by using different approaches to crash analysis. This issue has become even more important since the number of casualties due to traffic crashes increased in 2020 in some countries.
Optimized Decode-and-Forward Multirelay Selection and Power Allocation in Cooperative Wireless Networks
1. Introduction Cooperative communication introduced a new spatial degree due to the existence of relay nodes [1]. It effectively reduced the information loss in transmission and also improved the reliability of wireless communication links [2]. Thus, it became one of the research hot spots in wireless communications [3]. Traditionally, cooperative wireless sensor networks were generally composed of a source node, a destination node, and several relay nodes.

PagMYB205 Negatively Affects Poplar Salt Tolerance through Reactive Oxygen Species Scavenging and Root Vitality Modulation
4. Materials and Methods 4.1. Materials The 84K poplars used in this study were grown on a 1/2 MS plant medium in a greenhouse (25 ± 2 °C, 60–70% relative humidity, 16/8 h light/dark cycle, with supplemental light of ~300 μEm−2s−1, three-band linear fluorescent lamp T5 28 W 6400 K). The roots, stems, and leaves used in this experiment were excised from the plants, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, and then stored at −80 °C [52].
Investigating Older Adults’ Propensity toward Ridesourcing Services
Abstract This paper presents the results of a study that explores the desired monthly cost savings that would motivate older adults to change their regular mobility choices to ridesourcing. Using data from a stated preference survey, various socioeconomic and demographic attributes and personal attitudinal factors were examined to investigate their impacts on older adults’ ridesourcing adoption decisions.
Propensity toward Ridesourcing: The Impacts of Previous Experience and Mode Dependency
Downloaded 2 times Technical Papers Abstract This paper presents a study that aims to investigate the role of experience in the mode choice of using ridesourcing services. Factors that impact users’ mode choice between traditional modes (i.e., private vehicles and public transit) and ridesourcing modes (i.e., exclusive and shared rides) were examined using stated preference (SP) survey data.

Scaffold attachment factor B suppresses HIV-1 infection of CD4+ T cells by preventing binding of RNA polymerase II to HIV-1's long terminal repeat
The 5′ end of the HIV, type 1 (HIV-1) long terminal repeat (LTR) promoter plays an essential role in driving viral transcription and productive infection. Multiple host and viral factors regulate LTR activity and modulate HIV-1 latency. Manipulation of the HIV-1 LTR provides a potential therapeutic strategy for combating HIV-1 persistence. In this study, we identified an RNA/DNA-binding protein, scaffold attachment factor B (SAFB1), as a host cell factor that represses HIV-1 transcription.
