Abstract Background: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a common but under-recognized complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and practical predictors are limited. The C-reactive protein–triglyceride–glucose index (CTI) integrates metabolic and inflammatory status and may better capture the pathways underlying cognitive decline.

Abstract Isolated thyroid peroxidative antibody (TPOAb) positivity has been linked to adverse pregnancy outcomes including gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Elevated lipids are reported as pivotal risk factors. Current researches indicated 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) in early pregnancy has limited predictive ability for GDM. The lipid profiles in isolated TPOAb positive pregnant women and their correlation with GDM were unclear.
