Abstract Background: Scrub typhus-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a rare but life-threatening complication in children, with reported mortality of 11.9%–30%. Conventional immunomodulation with corticosteroids and intravenous immunoglobulin often provides insufficient control of the hyperinflammatory state, while etoposide-based chemotherapy carries significant toxicity.

PET-based aqueous-stable two-phase perovskite nanoprobe for quantization of capsaicin in food sample We introduce an innovative two-phase-perovskite-based sensing platform for the ultrasensitive detection of capsaicin via the photo-induced electron transfer mechanism, with the limit of detection as low as 0.21 nM. Importantly, the successful use of this probe for monitoring capsaicin in real samples suggests its potential utilization prospects in food sectors.
