Interpretable AI-guided discovery of degradable ionizable lipids with enhanced hepatic mRNA delivery in vivo
Abstract Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) enable RNA medicines, yet ionizable-lipid discovery remains largely empirical, particularly when in vitro activity must be translated into functional hepatic delivery in vivo. Here we establish an interpretable discovery framework that combines modular degradable lipid chemistry, high-throughput phenotyping, machine learning, virtual library expansion, and independent in vivo validation to define a learnable ionizable-lipid design space.
Mechano-bioactive hydrogel bioelectronics for mechanical-electrical-bioenergetic conversion and glia-modulating neural regeneration - Nature Communications
Abstract Dynamic mechanical cues are crucial for glial neuromodulation and energy metabolism in neural regeneration, yet the mechanisms underlying mechanotransduction and intracellular organelle responses in glia after neurotrauma remain vague. In this study, we develop mechano-bioactive piezoelectric hydrogel bioelectronics (BaTiO3-embedded collagen-1 hydrogel) and investigate mechanotransduction in astrocytes and Schwann cells.

Ovarian leiomyoma accompanied by a neglected abdominal wall leiomyoma: A case report and literature review
1 INTRODUCTION Ovarian leiomyoma has a rare incidence, which is thought to account for 0.5%–1% of all benign ovarian tumors.1, 2 So far, fewer than 200 cases have been reported since it was first described in 1862.3 There are no specific clinical manifestations, tumor markers, or imaging features of ovarian leiomyoma. Preoperative diagnosis is really difficult and postoperative histopathological examination is the golden diagnosis. There is still no consensus on the origin of ovarian leiomyoma.
Inferring a Causal Relationship between Environmental Factors and Respiratory Infections Using Convergent Cross-Mapping
Abstract : The incidence of respiratory infections in the population is related to many factors, among which environmental factors such as air quality, temperature, and humidity have attracted much attention. In particular, air pollution has caused widespread discomfort and concern in developing countries. Although the correlation between respiratory infections and air pollution is well known, establishing causality between them remains elusive.
