In this study, RCC was confirmed by pathological examination as the criteria for sample selection. RCC tissues and matched adjacent normal kidney tissues were obtained from 15 patients treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. Basic information, including sex, age, pathological subtype, and TNM stage was also collected. Immediately after excision, tissue samples were rapidly preserved in liquid nitrogen.
