1 INTRODUCTION Complex networks permeate various aspects of our lives, encompassing traffic networks, gene regulation networks, smart grids, and social media networks. The burgeoning demand for the “Internet of Everything” and big data technologies has garnered considerable attention towards the imperative of controlling diverse complex networks.
