Deciphering migration dynamics of individual cells using a trajectory-based dynamic reconstruction approach
Abstract Cell migration, which is strictly regulated by intracellular signaling pathways and extracellular microenvironments, is crucial for physiological and pathological processes such as cancer. However, there is a lack of efficient approaches to analyze statistical and time-varying features of target-finding and migration behaviors based on single-cell trajectories.
A binding-to-release strategy for targeted anticancer drug delivery
Abstract Drug conjugates, such as antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and small molecule–drug conjugates (SMDCs), are often dependent on efficient receptor-mediated endocytosis for payload release1,2,3—supported by about 10% of targets4,5,6,7. For poorly internalizing targets, drug conjugates dissociate and clear rapidly, limiting efficacy.
Bimodal Cyclic Olefin Copolymers Prepared by a Half-Zirconocene Catalyst
1 Introduction Cyclic olefin copolymers (COCs) rank among the highest value polyolefin materials owing to their exceptional combination of attributes: high chemical stability, excellent optical transparency, low dielectric constant, high glass transition temperature, and superior heat resistance. These properties make COCs highly attractive for applications such as medical and hygienic packaging, optical materials, digital storage materials, and biosensing materials [1].

Ammonia mediated electrostatic adsorption synthesis of paired subnanoclusters with enhanced hydrogen oxidation performance
Abstract Sub-nanoclusters (sub-NCs) hold promise for the alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction yet struggle with precise atomic dispersion and structural stability. Here, we report an ammonia-mediated electrostatic adsorption strategy that enables the synthesis of tunable paired metal-metal oxide sub-NCs, exemplified by PtSARuRh-MOx (SA represents single-atom sites, M = Cr, Mo, V, Ti, Ta, Zr).

Ferroelectric brightening of spin‑forbidden dark excitons in a WSe 2 /hybrid-perovskite heterostructure
Abstract Long-lived dark excitons in monolayer WSe2 present promising candidates for carrying spin and valley information, but their optical access and spin manipulation have conventionally required the use of strong external magnetic fields. Here, using a ferroelectric hybrid perovskite heterostructure, we leverage the ferroelectric proximity effect to break the WSe2’s in-plane rotational symmetry and brighten the spin-forbidden dark excitons under zero magnetic field conditions.
Clec3b ⁺ fibroblasts are the primary effectors of portal fibrosis following activation via a KLF4/periostin axis
Abstract Portal fibrosis, a determinant of progression in virtually all chronic liver diseases, prototypically develops in biliary diseases. Using single-cell RNA sequencing and genetic cell fate tracing in mouse models, we identify Clec3b⁺ fibroblasts as a distinct subset of portal fibroblasts, which rapidly expand after biliary injury and give rise to the bulk of portal myofibroblasts.

Subtyping Autism Spectrum Disorder With a Population Graph‐Based Dual Autoencoder: Revealing Two Distinct Biotypes
1 Introduction Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a heterogeneous developmental disorder characterized by varying degrees of impairment in social interaction, communication, and cognitive abilities [1, 2]. These symptoms typically emerge during early development and exhibit considerable interindividual variability. A significant sex difference exists in the prevalence of ASD, with female prevalence approximately 25% that of males [3].
Full article: Effects of fermentation duration on nutritional value, probiotic components and growth performance in beef cattle fed fermented Chinese medicine residue
Abstract Chinese herb residues, byproducts of extracting active ingredients from herbs, are often underutilized due to their high fiber content and strong flavor. However, they have significant potential as a sustainable feed resource. Fermentation has been shown to enhance their nutritional value and palatability, but the optimal fermentation duration to maximize these benefits remains unclear.
Strain-optimized copper dual-atom sites for selective electroreduction of carbon dioxide to ethylene
Abstract Electrocatalytic carbon dioxide (CO2) reduction holds the great potential to convert excess emissions of carbon footprint into high value-added chemicals, but its activity, selectivity, stability, and reproducibility are still far away from satisfactory. The molecular catalysts with precise structures are unique platform to decipher the electrocatalytic mechanism, but they usually suffer from low performance.

Observation of the magnonic Dicke superradiant phase transition
Abstract Two-level atoms ultrastrongly coupled with single-mode cavity photons are predicted to exhibit a quantum phase transition, entering a phase in which both the atomic polarization and the photonic field are finite even without external driving. However, this phenomenon, the superradiant phase transition (SRPT), is forbidden by a no-go theorem due to the existence of the diamagnetic term.

Observation of excitons bound by antiferromagnetic correlations
Two-dimensional Mott insulators host antiferromagnetic (AFM) correlations that are predicted to enhance the attractive interaction between empty (holons) and doubly occupied (doublons) sites, creating a novel pathway for exciton formation. However, experimental confirmation of this spin-mediated binding mechanism remains elusive.
Time-hidden magnetic order in a multi-orbital Mott insulator - Nature Physics
Abstract Photo-excited quantum materials can be driven into thermally inaccessible metastable states that exhibit structural, charge, spin, topological and superconducting orders. Metastable states typically emerge on timescales set by the intrinsic electronic and phononic energy scales, ranging from femtoseconds to picoseconds, and can persist for weeks. Therefore, studies have primarily focused on ultrafast or quasi-static limits, leaving the intermediate time window less explored.
Multi‐Physical Lattice Metamaterials Enabled by Additive Manufacturing: Design Principles, Interaction Mechanisms, and Multifunctional Applications

Despite that medical advancements have improved in recent years, the management of hypertension persists as a formidable challenge.
Targeted Analysis of Mitochondrial Protein Conformations and Interactions by Endogenous ROS‐Triggered Cross‐Linker Release
1 Introduction As the cellular powerhouse, mitochondria are important integrators of intermediary metabolism in cellular metabolic pathways,[1] such as oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) and tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle. Apart from bioenergetics and biosynthesis, mitochondria also participate in cell signaling.[2-4] Studies have revealed that the disturbances of mitochondrial protein function cause a variety of diseases,[5, 6] including metabolic disorders and neurological disorders.

Efficient generation of multiqubit entanglement states using rapid adiabatic passage
We propose the implementation of a rapid adiabatic passage (RAP) scheme to generate entanglement in Rydberg atom-array systems. This method transforms a product state in a multiqubit system into an entangled state with high fidelity and robustness. By employing global and continuous driving laser fields, we demonstrate the generation of a two-qubit Bell state and a three-qubit W state, via sequential RAP pulses within the Rydberg blockade regime.

Tunable atom-cavity interactions with configurable atomic chains
We investigate atomic chains with different spatial configurations coupled to a ring cavity comprising two counterpropagating traveling modes. We describe the collective atom-light scattering effect with a structure factor of the atomic chain and demonstrate that the interactions between the atoms and the cavity are controlled by the structure factor, resulting in distinctly different collective excitation modes and energy spectrum than for Fabry-Pérot cavities.
