Relationship between socioeconomic status and social network with loneliness: a cross-sectional study of China older adults with activity of daily living disabilities

Discussion To our knowledge, this is the first study in China focusing on the loneliness status of older adults with ADL disability who enjoy LTCI benefits and further explores the effect of SES factors, social networks and HBRSs on loneliness. Older adults with ADL disabilities had a relatively high level of loneliness. Lower SES, such as living in a rural area and being unemployed before retirement, is more likely to increase loneliness in older adults with ADL disabilities.

Abstract : Ultrasonic (US) maltreatment was performed before the vacuum far-infrared drying (VFID) of Codonopsis pilosula (CP) slices to investigate the effects of different US parameters on the drying characteristics and nutrients of CP slices. The grey correlation method with relative correlation degree (ri) as the evaluation measure was used to construct a model for the evaluation of the pretreatment quality of CP and to determine the optimal pretreatment conditions.
