Abstract This study presents an innovative integrated platform for analyzing fabric crease angle recovery dynamics under controlled thermo-hygral conditions. The system integrates temperature-humidity regulation, real-time image acquisition, and automated crease angle computation, enabling precise tracking of full-cycle recovery processes. Standardized specimen preparation protocol (pre-conditioning → pressing → aging control) ensures experimental reproducibility.
