The impact of quality of work life, professional identity, and job burnout on presenteeism among family doctors: a cross-sectional study in China
Abstract Background: To foster high-quality healthcare, family doctors plays a crucial role in China's primary healthcare system. Facing dual pressures in medical care and public health, family doctors are vulnerable group to presenteeism. This study aims to explore their quality of work life, professional identity, job burnout and the presenteeism, and analyzes the factors affecting the presenteeism.
Factors influencing medical disputes among village doctors from seven provinces in China: a cross-sectional study - Human Resources for Health
In this study, we explored the effect of post competency on experience of medical disputes among village doctors through a large cross-sectional survey using propensity score matching. To the best of our knowledge, a few studies have explored the factors associated with medical disputes among village doctors. Our main findings suggest that village doctors with high post competency are less likely to suffer medical disputes.
