1 Introduction Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are constructed by linking purely organic monomers through strong covalent bonds in an ordered manner, forming extended networks with well-defined porous channels [1, 2]. Guided by the principles of reticular chemistry and enabled by the powerful toolbox of organic and polymer chemistry, COFs exhibit exceptional synthetic diversity [3, 4].

Canalicular laceration is a common type of ocular emergency accounting for 16% of all eyelid lacerations, and typically results from either blunt or penetrating injuries in the medial canthal region. (1) Canalicular lacerations can occur across all age groups, particularly affecting children and young adults, with the inferior canaliculus often involved.

Introduction Size and morphology are critical parameters that govern the physicochemical properties of nanomaterials.[1, 2] Therefore, the controlled synthesis of nanomaterials—such as metals,[3] metal oxides,[4] carbons,[5] and porous frameworks[6]—with tunable sizes and morphologies remain a central goal in nanotechnology and materials science.
