Letter: SCFA Enrichment in IBS-D–A Disease Subtype or a Transit-Driven Phenomenon?
The short-chain fatty acid (SCFA)-enhanced metabotype portrayed by Conley et al. [1] presents crucial insight into the heterogeneity of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), aiding a shift from phenotypic classification toward biologically informed stratification [2]. This metabolomic–microbiome signature brings up key questions concerning whether SCFAs represent mechanistic drivers of ailment or epiphenomena of gut dysbiosis.

Polypeptide nanomicelles co-deliver PLK1 and BCL-2/xL inhibitors for synergetic therapy of brain tumor
The identification of molecular targets and the enriching knowledge of their functions related with cancers have revolutionized the clinical practice of molecular targeted therapy for various cancer patients [1], [2], [3].
Visual Analytics for Fine‐grained Text Classification Models and Datasets
1. Introduction In natural language processing (NLP), text classification is widely used for language understanding tasks such as sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and occupation classification [SO21, CTG*20, ECCB23]. For these tasks, NLP practitioners commonly adopt deep learning models like CNNs, LSTMs, and pre-trained large language models (LLMs) [LPL*22]. Although these models score high in performance metrics like accuracy, they are well-known to be difficult to interpret and trust.

Exploring Interpersonal Relationships in Historical Voting Records
Abstract Historical records from democratic processes and negotiation of constitutional texts are a complex type of data to navigate due to the many different elements that are constantly interacting with one another: people, timelines, different proposed documents, changes to such documents, and voting to approve or reject those changes.

Efficacy and safety of uninterrupted low‐intensity warfarin for cryoballoon ablation of atrial fibrillation in the elderly: A pilot study
What is known and objective Uninterrupted warfarin during cryoballoon ablation (CB‐A) of atrial fibrillation (AF) has been widely accepted. However, to our knowledge, no previous studies exist investigating the optimal intensity of anticoagulation with warfarin for CB‐A. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of uninterrupted low‐intensity warfarin for CB‐A of AF in the elderly. Paroxysmal AF patients (age ≥ 70 years) who underwent CB‐A were enrolled prospectively.
