1. Introduction BRCA1/2 tumor suppressor genes are part of DNA double-strand break repair by homologous recombinant repair [1]. Carriers of pathogenic variations (PV) in BRCA1/2 are at an increased risk of developing BRCA-associated malignancies, including breast, ovarian, pancreas and prostate cancer [2,3].
