Computer Science > Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition
While recent video generation models synthesize highly realistic visuals, they lack a genuine understanding of intrinsic real-world logic. Existing methods attempt to understand the world by internalizing diverse world knowledge, yet constrained by computational overhead or dimensionality alignment, their learning processes inevitably compress features, causing a severe loss of structural information.

RGB-D semantic segmentation has made notable progress by fusing RGB and Depth, yet mainstream models still learn features almost exclusively from pixel-level supervision, lacking direct high-level semantic constraints. This raises a central question-can external knowledge such as language priors inject stronger semantic discriminability into mainstream RGB-D segmentation models.
Hybrid non-Hermitian singularities and mapped-state concurrence in a superconducting-circuit dynamical matrix
Abstract Non-Hermitian spectral singularities have attracted considerable interest, but how such structures emerge from a concrete microscopic system and connect to measurable observables remains an important question. Here, we study a coupled double-cavity system mediated by a superconducting qutrit and show that, although the effective two-mode Hamiltonian is Hermitian, the corresponding four-component Bogoliubov operator dynamics is governed by a non-Hermitian dynamical matrix.

Paternal Parenting Experiences and Young Children's Behavior Problems in Chinese Families
1 Introduction This study focuses on paternal parenting experiences, cooperative coparenting, and their associations with young children's behavior problems in Chinese families. Fathers play vital roles in shaping child and family outcomes (Cummings et al. 2010). According to family systems theory (Bowen 1978), interdependent, reciprocal relationships between family members affect all members of the family.
Impact of delivery mode on diastasis recti abdominis, pelvic floor muscle function, and quality of life in early postpartum women: a cross-sectional study
Abstract Background: The early postpartum period is critical for maternal recovery. This study aimed to investigate the impact of delivery mode on diastasis recti abdominis (DRA), pelvic floor muscle strength, sleep quality, and overall quality of life at 6–8 weeks postpartum. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 196 primiparous postpartum women, including 100 vaginal deliveries and 96 caesarean sections.
Neural network approach to mitigating intra-gate crosstalk in superconducting CZ gates
Abstract The potential of quantum computing is constrained by the susceptibility of qubits to noise and crosstalk during multi-qubit gate operations. Existing strategies, such as hardware isolation and dynamical decoupling, face limitations in scalability, feasibility, and robustness against complex noise sources. Here we show a physics-guided neural control framework that generates robust control pulses for superconducting transmon qubit systems, specifically targeting crosstalk mitigation.
Entanglement as a fairness mechanism in randomized quantum games
Abstract We propose a framework for quantizing randomized quantum games in which entanglement is examined as a tunable fairness resource without relying on fine-tuned strategy parameters. As a case study of the Monty Hall problem, we show that initial entanglement between host and player registers neutralizes classical asymmetry at the distribution level, driving win-probability distributions under different strategic conditions to converge.

Nondestructive readout of cat-state qubits via longitudinal qubit-oscillator interaction
Abstract Realizing fault-tolerant quantum computing relies on efficient quantum error correction. Bosonic cat-state qubits offer a highly promising, hardware-efficient approach by intrinsically suppressing bit-flip errors. However, fully unlocking their potential demands fast and high-fidelity quantum nondemolition (QND) measurements. Here, we propose a high-fidelity QND readout protocol for cat-state qubits in a Kerr-nonlinear resonator utilizing an effective longitudinal interaction.
Stratospheric polar vortex shapes Arctic surface climate via a radiative pathway
Abstract The Arctic stratospheric polar vortex (SPV) is known to influence winter surface climate through dynamical coupling. Here, we demonstrate that beyond this established pathway, variations in SPV strength also modulate Arctic high clouds, inducing persistent radiative effects at the surface.

HSDL2 Suppresses Epileptic Seizures Through Phosphorylation-Dependent Modulation of the PSD95-NMDAR Signaling Axis
1 Introduction Epilepsy is a highly prevalent and debilitating neurological disorder characterized by abnormally synchronous neuronal discharges in the cerebral cortex [1]. Globally affecting over 70 million individuals, including approximately 10 million in China [2], epilepsy imposes substantial burdens on patients, families, and society.
Donor (D)-Acceptor (A) Type Supramolecular Organogelators with Crown Ether-Annulated Tetrathiafulvalene-Pyridazine Conjugates
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! T-shaped π-conjugated molecules based on the crown ether-annulated tetrathiafulvalene (TTF)–pyridazine skeleton were prepared, and their gel-forming capacities in various organic solvents were evaluated. The two gelators carrying C14 and C16 alkyl chain units (1b and 1c) displayed efficient gelation in aromatic, polar, and nonpolar solvents owing to the introduced crown ether residue.

Genetic regulation of methylation across East Asian and European populations - Nature Communications
Abstract Methylation quantitative trait loci (mQTL) studies have predominantly focused on European populations (EUR), limiting understanding of the genetic regulation of DNA methylation in other populations. We conduct an East Asian (EAS) mQTL analysis, integrating data from three independent samples comprising 7619 Han Chinese individuals. We identified 331,048 mCpGs, including 28,978 novel mCpGs in EAS.

The disappearing quasi-biennial oscillation under sustained global warming - Nature Communications
Abstract The stratospheric quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO) is a key modulator of interannual variability in global weather and climate. Over recent decades, the amplitude of the lower-stratospheric QBO has weakened, and in recent years the QBO has experienced unprecedented disruptions. However, the longer-term evolution of the QBO and its impact on tropospheric circulation remain uncertain.
Using Long‐Chain Polymechanophores to Explore the Differences in Mechanoactivation During Nozzle Flow and Ultrasonication
1 Introduction The fundamental understanding of how mechanical forces drive productive chemical transformations in polymeric materials has led to chemical systems that can show a host of stress-induced behaviors such as a change in color [1-3] or luminescence [4, 5], and the release of small molecules [6-8]. The study of polymer mechanochemistry has advanced our understanding of force-induced reactions [9-12] and reveal pathways unattainable via light- or heat-driven activation [13, 14].

Eye Tracking as a Treatment Monitoring Tool for Autism: A Multilevel Meta‐Analysis
This meta-analysis examined how eye-tracking measures can help understand the effects of autism treatments. We observed changes in eye-tracking outcomes following treatment in autistic individuals. However, the association between initial eye-tracking profiles and changes in developmental outcomes following treatment was not statistically significant.
