Efficacy and mechanisms of lumbopelvic manipulation combined with Baduanjin exercise for postpartum low back pain: a study protocol for a randomized controlled trial
Abstract Introduction: Postpartum low back pain (PLBP) is common among puerperal women, with complex etiology involving spinal-pelvic changes and reduced core stability. It often becomes chronic, impairing quality of life and mental health. Non-pharmacological therapies are widely used and show good outcomes, but high-quality RCTs are limited, and objective evidence of core muscle activation after combined manual therapy and Baduanjin is lacking.

Enhanced natural parameterized quantum circuit
The classical-quantum interface for loading classical data into quantum systems is an indispensable component of quantum information processing, and the parameterized quantum circuit (PQC) represents significant methodology in this area. However, a challenge in designing parameterized quantum circuits that can fully utilize limited qubit resources while accurately representing classical data remains.
Quinone-amine polymer prepared by simple precipitation polymerization are used as cathodes for aqueous zinc-ion batteries and electrochromic materials
Quinone-amine polymer prepared by simple precipitation polymerization are used as cathodes for aqueous zinc-ion batteries and electrochromic materials Zinc-ion batteries (ZIBs) have an investment in organic cathode materials because of their structural diversities and desirable specific capacities. Low real capacity and poor cycling stability, however, can result from small molecule organic compounds' high solubilities.
HnRNPR strongly represses splicing of a critical exon associated with spinal muscular atrophy through binding to an exonic AU-rich element
TJ and RQ are joint first authors. Contributors TJ performed the experiments. RQ and XL helped perform the experiments. TJ and YHua analysed the data. YHou helped analyse the data. TJ and YHua wrote the paper. LW helped write the paper. YHua acts as the guarantor for the manuscript on our behalf. All the authors read and approved the final version of the manuscript.

Ser149 is another potential 14-3-3 epsilon binding site of Cdc25B in the G2/M transition of mouse fertilized eggs
Abstract Cell cycle division 25B (CDC25B) belongs to the family of cell cycle regulatory proteins. It drives G2/M transition by activating cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDK1), also known as CDC2, whose activity is directly related to its subcellular localization and phosphorylation state.14-3-3 (YHWA) regulates cell division cycle by binding to Cdc25B as a chaperone protein in mammals.

HER2 Intratumoral Heterogeneity in Breast Cancer, an Evolving Concept
Abstract : Simple Summary HER2 intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) is a well-known phenomenon in breast cancer, defined as the coexistence of subpopulations of tumor cells with different HER2 gene or protein expression within a tumor. HER2 ITH has been reported in up to 40% of breast cancers and to be associated with poor prognosis in patients with anti-HER2 targeted therapies and was proposed to be a potential mechanism for anti-HER2 resistance.

Ternary Memory Devices Based on Bipolar Copolymers with Naphthalene Benzimidazole Acceptors and Fluorene/Carbazole Donors
Functional polymers show great potential in information storage applications. However, most of these polymer-based memory devices demonstrate limited capacity because of binary memory characteristic. Herein, three novel donor–acceptor-type bipolar conjugated copolymers containing the naphthalene benzimidazole unit as the acceptor and fluorene/carbazol as the donor were synthesized by Suzuki cross-coupling reaction.
