Single-crystal-like polymer semiconductors via self-templated gradient assembly for ultrahigh charge carrier mobility
Abstract Achieving high-performance polymer semiconductors is a prerequisite for the fabrication of next-generation organic electronics. However, their multi-scale structural ordering remains challenging due to uncontrollable aggregate assembly, thereby limiting the charge carrier mobility. Here we propose a self-templated gradient assembly strategy to controllably modulate multi-scale ordering and alignment of polymers, substantially improving charge carrier mobility.
Aggregation-induced emission luminogen in ternary organic bulk-heterojunction for efficient perovskite-organic tandem solar cells
Abstract Perovskite-organic tandem solar cells (TSCs) have recently garnered significant attention due to their potential for high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and excellent stability. However, their development has been significantly hindered by the large open-circuit voltage (VOC) deficit in organic sub-cells, primarily caused by severe non-radiative recombination, which is closely related to the electroluminescence quantum efficiency (EQEEL) and the photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY).
Challenging the Pollution Haven Effect: Insights From the Yangtze River Delta's Regional Integration
1 Introduction The Pollution Haven Hypothesis (PHH) posits that stringent environmental regulations may induce pollution-intensive industries to relocate toward jurisdictions with laxer standards, potentially shifting environmental burdens to less-developed regions (Copeland and Taylor 1994; Grossman and Krueger 1995).

How could AI-driven digital monitoring affect employee AI usage: a study based on social information processing theory
ABSTRACT As AI-driven digital monitoring becomes increasingly prevalent in workplace management, employee AI usage has become essential for successful organisational implementation. However, the relationship between such monitoring and employee AI usage remains underexplored. Drawing on social information processing theory, this study examines how AI-driven digital monitoring influences employee AI usage by investigating the mediating roles of social pressure to use AI and perceived AI capability.

Revealing electron transport connectivity as an important factor influencing stability of organic solar cells - Nature Communications
Abstract In the pursuit of advancing the commercialization of organic solar cells (OSCs), stability emerges as a paramount challenge. Herein, we show that the electron transport connectivity is a key factor determining the electron transport and device stability of OSCs. When compared to small molecular acceptors (SMAs), the larger-size polymeric acceptors (PAs) are likely to establish an electron transport network with superior connectivity.

Phase Evolution, Electrical Properties, and Conduction Mechanism of Ca12Al14-xGaxO33 (0 ≤ x ≤ 14) Ceramics Synthesized by a Glass Crystallization Method | Inorganic Chemistry
Mayenite Ca12Al14O33, as an oxide-ion conductor, has the potential of being applied in many fields, such as solid-oxide fuel cells. However, its relatively low oxide-ion conductivity hinders its wide practical applications and thus needs to be further optimized. Herein, a new recently developed glass crystallization route was used to prepare a series of Ga-doped Ca12Al14–xGaxO33 (0 ≤ x ≤ 14) materials, which is not accessible by the traditional solid-state reaction method.
