Single Factor Experiments The calcium chelates of collagen peptides extracted from various sources have been reported as potential calcium supplements, such as cod [26], tilapia [27], sheep bone, and bovine bone [28,29], and the processing conditions could affect the calcium-chelating capacity of the peptides. In the study, the effects of different factors on calcium chelation rate were investigated.
