Neoagarotetraose from Marine Red Algae Attenuates Hypertensive Vascular Remodeling by Targeting FoxO4 to Inhibit Mitochondrial Superoxide Generation Click to copy article link Article link copied!
1. Introduction Click to copy section linkSection link copied! Oxidative stress (OS), characterized by an imbalance between pro-oxidants and antioxidant defenses, is a critical driver of vascular remodeling in hypertension. (1) This process is intimately linked to the dysfunction of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs), which, upon exposure to excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS), undergo aberrant proliferation and migration, leading to arterial stiffening and elevated blood pressure.

NUSAP1 Recruits DAXX to Suppress HIF‐Driven Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Progression
1 Introduction Nucleolar Spindle-Associated Protein 1 (NUSAP1) was initially characterized as a microtubule-associated protein (MAP) essential for mitotic spindle assembly and chromosomal segregation.[1, 2] Intriguingly, during interphase, NUSAP1 predominantly localizes to the nucleus. Further investigations have demonstrated that NUSAP1 possesses the capacity to associate with and accumulate on chromatin,[1, 2] indicating a potential role for NUSAP1 in transcriptional regulation.
Identifying Small‐Displacement Stereotypical Behavior of Captive Slow Lorises Based on AnimalYOLO‐Bytetrack Network
1 Introduction The illegal wildlife trade remains a critical global threat, prompting increased confiscations and relocations of live animals by governmental organizations worldwide due to new legislation, stricter enforcement, and international bans on the pet trade (CTN News 2013; Crime 2021; Maddison 2019; Musing et al. 2016). Consequently, a significant number of rescued animals, including vulnerable species like the slow loris (Genus Nycticebus), spend their lives in captivity (Blair et al.

Numerical Analysis on the Stability of Sandstone-Covered Mudstone Cutting Slopes Considering Rainfall Infiltration
Abstract : Landslide caused by rainfall are easily produced when excavating conduct in sandstone-covered mudstone strata. The expansion project of the Heishan Village to Jixi section of Dan-A Highway is used as an example to study the formation and damage mechanism of rainfall-induced landslide in sandstone-covered mudstone cutting slope.
