1 Introduction Neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs) are rare, highly aggressive malignancies arising in diverse anatomical sites, including the lungs, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, and gynecologic organs [1]. Among subtypes of gynecologic NEC, cervical NEC is the most common, accounting for approximately 1.4% of all malignant cervical tumors [2]. Ovarian NECs represent only 1%–2% of all ovarian carcinomas, with approximately 100 cases documented in the literature [3].
