Design: Umbrella review of existing meta-analyses. Data sources: PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, and hand searching of reference lists.
JMJD3 modulates benign prostatic hyperplasia through epigenetic regulation of TGF-β1
Abstract Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a common chronic disease among elderly men, and its etiology remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the expression, biological function, and underlying mechanism of JMJD3 in BPH. Here, we identified that JMJD3 is a crucial driver of BPH progression. In this work, both scRNA and bulk sequencing data revealed that JMJD3 is upregulated in BPH, which was further validated in prostate tissues from BPH patients.
Spin-state regulation of high-entropy Ruddlesden-Popper perovskite oxides for efficient seawater electrolysis
Abstract High-entropy oxides have emerged as a promising group of candidates for various catalytic fields, including seawater electrolysis. However, without rational understanding and guidance, designing multielement compositions for high-entropy systems and elucidating the synergistic effect of diverse elements in catalysis remain significant challenges. Herein, we report spin-state regulation of a high-entropy Ruddlesden–Popper perovskite oxide for efficient seawater electrolysis.
