Enantioselective Nickel‐Catalyzed C(sp3)−H Activation of Formamides
Abstract Enantioselective Ni-catalyzed C(sp3)−H activation via C−H nickellation remains an elusive challenge. Herein, we used phosphine oxide (H8-BINAPO) ligated Ni-Al bimetallic catalyst to achieve an enantioselective Ni-catalyzed aliphatic C(sp3)−H activation with up to 95 % yield and up 95 % ee for the first time. Abstract Enantioselective Ni-catalyzed C(sp3)−H bond activation remains an elusive challenge.
