1 LIMITATIONS Several limitations also exist in our study: First, the participants were recruited exclusively from a single-tertiary hospital, which may limit the generalizability of our findings. Second, the presence of selection bias is evident as some of patients and caregivers declined to participate in the study, potentially influencing the representativeness of our sample. Additionally, in order to mitigate a high dropout rate, we exclude certain detailed questions from the questionnaire.
