Sensitivity‐Tunable Complex Permittivity Sensing Enabled by Bound States in the Continuum in a Waveguide‐Resonator System
2.1 Waveguide-Resonator BICs System The structure of the WR-system is shown in Figure 1a. It consists of a rectangular waveguide with a 1-mm-wide radiation slit and a cuboid resonator positioned precisely above it. The rectangular waveguide has a length of l = 200 $l = 200$ mm, a width of a = 72.14 $a = 72.14$ mm, and a height of b = 8.6 $b = 8.6$ mm.
Two Individual Super-Bound State Modes within Band Gap with Ultra-High Q Factor for Potential Sensing Applications in the Terahertz Wave Band
This is an early access version, the complete PDF, HTML, and XML versions will be available soon.
