4.3. Results of Mean Average Precision To evaluate how precisely the predicted bounding box located and classified the dishes in comparison to ground truth, we further compared the model by using mAP for all rounds of training. As shown in Table 5, our model recognized the food items with an mAP = 0.90 and lower value of SD = 0.01 from all the rounds.
