Materials and Methods Six-weeks old male BALB/c mice (for orthotopic BNL 1MEA.7R.1 model; less sensitive to ICI) and C57BL/6 mice (for subcutaneous Hepa1-6 model; sensitive to ICI) were obtained from National Laboratory Animal Center, Taiwan, and housed in specific pathogen-free conditions at Laboratory Animal Center, College of Medicine, National Taiwan University, Taiwan.
