1 Introduction The efficacy of immunotherapy in TNBC is still far from expected [1]. The primary obstacles include the loss of tumor cell immunogenicity, which leads to a “cold” tumor state [2], and the persistent activation of immune checkpoint pathways such as PD-1/PD-L1 in the tumor microenvironment [3], resulting in the exhaustion of effector T cells. Recent studies have shown that targeting tumor pyroptosis provides a novel strategy for addressing the abovementioned challenges [4-6].
Optimal reinsurance with heterogeneous beliefs and asymmetric information under the Vajda condition
In this article, we revisit the problem of optimal reinsurance design under heterogeneous beliefs and asymmetric information in a market consisting of one reinsurer and two types of heterogeneous insurers. Building upon previous studies, we further assume that the proportion of indemnity borne by the reinsurer increases with the size of the claim, thereby satisfying the Vajda condition, which reflects the fundamental principle of reinsurance.

Abstract Objective: This systematic review examined the effects of near–far accommodation-based exercise and visual training on myopia-related outcomes in children and adolescents, with the aim of informing non-pharmacological and behavioral approaches to myopia prevention and control. Background: Myopia in children and adolescents is a major public health concern and may increase the risk of high myopia and related ocular complications.
