Abstract Naïve human pluripotent stem cells (nhPSCs) have advantages over primed hPSCs (phPSCs) in modeling early human embryogenesis and constructing blastoids. However, current protocols of nhPSC derivation and maintenance are not optimal, mainly due to poor understanding of molecular basis of hPSC primed-to-naïve conversion. Here, we investigate the dynamic process of the conversion at a single cell level, focusing on the early stage. Two sequential cell fate bifurcations are identified.

Latent profiles of readiness for hospital discharge and associated factors in patients with accidental traumatic fractures

Abstract Previous studies of readiness for hospital discharge (RHD) in orthopaedic populations have mainly used overall scores, leaving heterogeneity among adults with accidental traumatic fractures unclear. This cross-sectional study identified latent RHD profiles and factors associated with profile membership. A convenience sample of 346 adults aged 18 ~ 65 years was recruited from a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang, China; 56.6% were male.
