Detection of donepezil concentration in serum by solid-phase extraction liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry based on magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer Donepezil is a drug used to treat Alzheimer's disease, and its efficacy is closely related to the concentration of the drug in the serum. Therefore, monitoring the concentration of donepezil in the serum is crucial for evaluating the treatment effect and avoiding adverse reactions.

Value of multi-parameter 123I-MIBG scintigraphy in the differential diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease - EJNMMI Research

Based on previous studies, we calculated the sample size using sensitivity and specificity to ensure statistical power and total of 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria between January 2021 and December 2023 were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent I-MIBG scintigraphy in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and received a diagnosis in the Department of Neurology. This cohort comprised 56 patients with PD and 44 non-PD patients as a control group.
