ABSTRACT The rapid proliferation of electric vehicles (EVs) presents significant grid challenges to the construction and stable operation of urban electricity microgrids. To mitigate operational instability risks induced by uncoordinated large-scale EV charging integration in microgrids in urban and built-up areas, this study proposes a hierarchical two-layer optimization framework for power management in high-penetration EV-grid scenarios.

1. Introduction Global energy consumption is steadily increasing, and excessive reliance on non-renewable energy sources has resulted in serious environmental problems [,]. In response to growing energy usage and a global commitment to energy conservation and environmental protection, countries around the world are actively exploring strategies to transition to cleaner energy sources, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and enhance energy utilization efficiency [,].

Abstract Regulatory T (Treg) cells prevent autoimmunity and facilitate cancer immune evasion. Depletion of Tregs is a promising cancer therapy, but risks of autoimmune reactions hamper its clinical translation. Here, we demonstrate that temporally induced deletion of Ube2n in Tregs (Ube2nTreg-KO) of adult mice results in a robust expansion and activation of cytotoxic CD8+ T-cells in response to cancer cell challenges, producing a long-lasting survival benefit without autoimmune complications.
