A chromosome-level genome assembly of Triadica rotundifolia

Abstract Triadica rotundifolia is a calcicolous tree species endemic to southern China and northern Vietnam and represents an important but understudied lineage within the genus Triadica (Euphorbiaceae). To date, genomic resources for this genus remain extremely limited, with a reference genome available only for the polyploid species T. sebifera. Here, we present a high-quality, chromosome-level genome assembly for T. rotundifolia generated using PacBio HiFi sequencing and Hi-C scaffolding.

Identification and Expression of the MADS-box Gene Family in Different Versions of the Ginkgo biloba Genome

1. Introduction MADS-box gene family members encode transcription factors (TFs), which play an important role in many biological functions in eukaryotes [1]. MADS-box TFs are characterized by the presence of a DNA-binding domain of approximately 60 amino acids (aa) in length, which is collectively called the MADS domain. This domain was located in the N-terminal region of the protein.
