Vibration and Bandgap Behavior of Sandwich Pyramid Lattice Core Plate with Resonant Rings

Abstract : The vibration suppression performance of the pyramid lattice core sandwich plates is receiving increasing attention and needs further investigation for technical upgrading of potential engineering applications. Inspired by the localized resonant mechanism of the acoustic metamaterials and considering the integrity of the lattice sandwich plate, we reshaped a sandwich pyramid lattice core with resonant rings (SPLCRR).
