A study on cable current detection for new energy charging stations based on TMR sensor arrays
Abstract Accurately measuring current in charging station cables is pivotal to the design, manufacturing, and operation of AC charging stations, as it directly dictates their performance, economic viability, and safety. Addressing this need, this paper designed a tunnel magneto-resistance (TMR) sensor array for the non-contact, real-time monitoring of current in new energy vehicle charging cables.
