A 29-year-old pregnant woman at 30 weeks of gestation underwent fetal renal MRI due to multiple fetal renal cysts. Incidentally, multiple abnormal signal nodules were observed in the subependymal region of the bilateral lateral ventricles. Subsequent fetal brain MRI revealed, in addition to the subependymal nodules (Figure, white arrow), multiple cortical tubers and white matter migrational abnormalities (Figure, blue arrow).
